PreSonus stands behind the quality of our professional audio equipment and offers a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your hardware or software purchase, we are here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Process

    Initiate a Return Request

    Log into your My.PreSonus account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Equipment

    Carefully repackage your gear in its original factory packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, power supplies, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the package.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware and deactivate any associated software licenses, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
